Having had our bathroom refitted by Steve at A & S Property Remodelling in 2009, when it was time to refit our kitchen, we had no hesitation but to give him a call. We wanted to remove a wall and create an open plan kitchen/diner. Steve was an absolute gem! He project managed the entire refit from start to finish and yet again we were totally delighted with the outcome. This included removal of dining room wall, new ceiling, total replaster, complete floor tiling, installation of new Magnet kitchen and all the associated plumbing and electrics.
Steve genuinely thinks and cares about the project he is working on. On several occasions he offered suggestions to the project which resulted in us having a more practical and functional design of kitchen whilst maintaining an incredibly high standard of workmanship. Steve again proved invaluable being totally reliable and trustworthy. We cannot speak highly enough of him and would strongly recommend him.

What was once a pokey bathroom and separate toilet was transformed! A and S Property Remodelling have recently completed a total rebuild of our bathroom. This included removing all previous fittings, re-plastering walls, re-plumbing new bathroom fittings and shower and finally re-tiling both walls and floor. I was completely satisfied that the project was delivered on time, within budget and exceeded agreed quality standards.
